Hello, my name is Amber. I have been heavily involved in organizing community focused events since 2017.  The main focus has been to highlight the offerings of small shops & hobbyists and provide an avenue to spotlight local talent.  Through the partnerships created along the way I aim to continue to serve the Southern Tier market and beyond.  I pride myself on stories of vendors that have dipped their toes into the market through events that I’ve hosted and they now have brick & mortar full time operations that are sought after by the community.

I have had the pleasure of working with Amber for just over a year now through various events she has hosted at Southern Tier Events LLC.  There is a difference in the events that Amber plans and other events I attend throughout the year.  Amber always has a plan for her vendors.  I know that each time I attend one of her events, I will be set up for success as she always attracts a large number of vendors (usually over 90), has spent a lot of time and money advertising, has a dedicated space for each vendor and brings a lot of customer traffic.  With this just being our first year in New York, Amber’s events have put us on the map.  I have had many new opportunities open through her events.  I am now in two New York farmer’s markets and have had many customers visit our store front in Pennsylvania as a result of meeting me at her events.  I truly believe that her ability to coordinate events has helped me grow my business.  I know that when Amber coordinates an event, I will be successful there.

I’m writing to recommend Amber Saltsman as a valuable collaboration on multi-tiered events. I have personally worked with Amber on various community projects such as Trunk or Treat,
advertising with her own Vendor Fairs, and the previous Grand Central Plaza Fall Festival. After working with Mrs. Saltsman, I know she is someone I would work with again and find qualified in executing Promotional Events.


One particular project Amber and I worked on together was Trunk or Treat in October of 2020.  Not only were we already in a difficult time, Amber found creative ways to execute this in a safe and fun way (like a candy chute so we could keep our 6 feet distance). Besides her creative abilities, Amber was willing to work extra hours to stuff candy bags or do any other “grunt” work to make sure every detail of this event was flawless.


Any time I get the chance to work with Amber, I feel relieved knowing she is going to put in more than 100% and our work chemistry makes working fun. I absolutely recommend working with Amber Saltsman,
